1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, accessing, or placing reservations through GO TRAVELIST ASIA (gotravelist.asia), you agree to be bound by this Master Agreement. If you disagree, you must immediately terminate platform use.
2. Definitions & Interpretation
"Platform" refers to GTA decentralized systems. "Direct Booking" defines transactions where traveler payments are transferred directly to verified vendor accounts without markup holding. "Registered Vendor" identifies licensed Asian tour/stay operators.
3. User Accounts & Multi-Access System
Travelers may register via Meta Instagram OAuth, Google GIS, or email credentials. Users are responsible for maintaining valid ITU-T E.164 phone numbers for pickup coordination.
4. Direct Booking & Vendor Bank Payment Rules
GTA enforces a strict non-markup framework. Travelers transfer payments directly into the verified official bank accounts of local operators. GTA does not hold customer escrow funds.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & 24-Hour Refund Standard
Listings marked FREE CANCELLATION provide a 100% full refund when initiated at least 24 hours prior to departure time. Certified force majeure events qualify for complimentary rescheduling.
6. User Conduct & Travel Regulations
Travelers must adhere to all maritime security, customs, and municipal ordinances in the visited Asian country. Operators reserve the right to deny service for disruptive behavior.
7. Vendor Listing Standards & Creator Integrity
Vendors warrant accurate schedules and valid licenses. Travelog Creators warrant first-hand narrative authenticity; hidden sponsored promotions without disclosure are prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property Rights & Anti-Scraping Protection
Visual assets, dynamic watermarks, and editorial prose are protected by international treaties. Automated scraping or hotlinking photography is prohibited.
9. Non-Carrier Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
GO TRAVELIST ASIA IS NOT AN AIR CARRIER, MARINE VESSEL OWNER, OR HOTELIER. We operate strictly as an interface connecting independent travelers directly with licensed operators.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the substantive laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Denpasar, Bali.
11. Amendments to Terms
GTA reserves the right to modify these clauses. Continued platform use following updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
